Tens of protesters against an international military intervention in Syria rallied today in Prague to support for Assad and for peace and opposition to U. S. military intervention.

Protesters then marched around the Old City to the US embassy, many of them disagreed with embargoes and sanctions on Syria.

A large banner with Obama’s face had the words: „Syrian will to Live – Should Win – American Thirst to Blood“. The banner also had a picture of Obama in blood-drenched clothes.

Protesters came from around the country and abroad to the nation’s capital, arriving on buses, trains and in cars. Many protesters wore red T-Shirts inscribed with the words „Hands off from Syria“.
